My email address isn’t being recognised
The Munchachos recommend double-checking to make sure you have not used a different email address to sign up and that you’ve spelt your e-mail address correctly. If you still cannot access your account, please get in touch here – the Munchachos are eager to help!
You can make the changes directly on your account. You can also find this page by clicking on My Account in the top right of the website and then clicking the ‘Account details’ link.
Just enter your new email address and hit ‘Save changes’.
You could be making a terrible mistake!
But, if you are sure this is the right thing for you and your little Munchachos, you'll find a link to unsubscribe at the bottom of each email the Munchachos send. You can part ways with the Munchachos in just a click of a button…although, this will make the whole Munchachos family very sad!

Is the email address on your Munchachos account correct? If you’re not sure or if you need to update it, just go to your account details page.
Are the Munchachos emails hiding in your spam or junk mail folder? If so, add [email@example.com] to your contacts or safe senders list to stop it from happening again.
If you’ve checked each of the above and you’re still not receiving emails, get in touch here and the Munchachos will be on it!
The Munchachos are hard at work all day preparing snacks for your little Munchachos and cannot get to the phone. They are however more than happy to help via email and promise to get back to you as soon as they can!

The Munchachos care deeply about safeguarding your data and appreciate the trust that you have put into us by offering your personal information.
In order to fulfil our promise of delivering scrumptious Munchables to your little Munchachos, we need certain information from you including your name, address, payment details, your munchables preferences and how you use our site. This information enables the Munchachos to make sure they provide the best service to you.
We may share some of this data with trusted service providers such as our payment platform, our web analytics platform and where legally necessary.
The Munchachos love to deliver a customised and truly funderful experience to your little Munchachos. This may include a personalised box of Munchables and special birthday treats. To do so, the Munchachos may need some personal information relating to your child, including their name and date of birth.
This information is optional; it is not necessary for the use of our service. However, only individuals with parental consent will be able to provide the Munchachos with such information. This data will be kept very sage by the Munchachos!
Orders and Deliveries
While you can change or cancel your order at any time, the Munchachos begin preparing your Munchables a few days in advance of sending them to you and payment is processed every Tuesday. This is because a lot of thought and care goes into preparing the perfect box.
This means that you can make changes to, or cancel a snack box order up until Tuesday for that box. So if your next box is already being prepared and / or if payment has already been made when you make any changes to, or cancel your your delivery then this final box will be sent to you.
While the Munchachos Family would be distraught to see you go, they want you to be happy and have made it very easy for you to cancel your deliveries.
Simply log-in to your account and open your subscriptions page and follow the instructions from there.
Make sure you click through any subsequent options until you see confirmation of your cancellation.
If you have more than one order set up (for example two boxes a week, or one box that gets delivered to you and one that goes to a friend) you’ll need to repeat this process for each delivery.
The Munchachos begin preparing your boxes a few days in advance of when they are due to arrive and payment is processed every Tuesday. So if your next box is already being prepared and / or if payment has already been made when you cancel your delivery then this final box will be sent to you.
If you have a change of heart, it is just as easy to restart your delivery of scrumptious snacks! We’d love to welcome you back to the Munchachos Family.
Of course you can! To have multiple boxes sent to the same address you will simply need to process one order and select the number of boxes you want.
You may also wish to order a box of Munchables for children at different addresses. This can easily be done by submitting an individual order for each unique address.
If you add the child’s name to the order we will be able to make the experience of receiving the scrumptious and healthy snacks even more exciting for the Munchachos in your life!
You can view, change, or cancel any active orders on your subscription page.
Of course! You can set up a new subscription of Munchables, our scrumptious snacks, at any time, and have as many in place at the same time! You can treat friends, relatives, their children and siblings!
The main thing to keep in mind when setting up a new subscription is that you have selected the correct address. No one wants the Munchachos to send the yummy and healthy snacks to the wrong place!
Taking a well-deserved vacation? Pause delivery of the scrumptious and healthy snacks for children while you’re away.
Simply log-in to your account and open your subscriptions tab, view your order and follow the instructions from there.
Make sure you click through any subsequent options until you see confirmation that you subscription has been paused.
Delivery will automatically commence when your holiday is over. We don’t want your Munchachos to miss out on their unique and exciting healthy snacks for too long!

For the time being, the Munchachos will happily send the Munchables to any address within in the United Kingdom. The box is designed to fit in a standard post-box, so you don’t have to be there to receive it.
Filled with curiosity and a desire to get worldwise, the Munchachos hope to be able to deliver the scrumptious boxes of healthy snacks to children in different countries soon.
Delivery of a box of Munchables will cost 99p for each box.
The box of Munchables is carefully designed to fit neatly through most mailboxes. You should be free to be out and about and to come home to a pleasant surprise!

Each and every one of these unique snacks has been carefully created by a nutritionist and thoroughly tested with children and fellow Munchachos. More so than ever, parents are being urged to take action regarding their children’s diet by, for example, reducing the amount of added sugar and salt, increasing fibre and monitoring calorie intake. The Munchachos believe that a child’s dietary habits can have severe long term damaging effects.
Therefore the Munchachos and their nutritionist have taken extra care to design a range of scrumptious and healthy snacks for your child. The healthy Munchables do not contain any added sugar or salt and are made with only natural and high quality ingredients – only the best will do for the Munchachos!
The Munchables are not suitable for people with allergies. The Munchachos lovingly produce all the healthy Munchables in the same facility, so they may contain some allergens such as nuts, gluten, eggs and dairy.

You’re 100% correct! All the Munchables are made from natural ingredients. The Munchachos are committed to keeping it that way!
The Munchachos love some texture and crunch in their healthy snacks! Some ingredients, such as pasta and pitta, are dried or roasted before they’re packed so they may be a little crunchy and have a natural variance in texture. Nothing healthy teeth cannot handle, though!
The Munchachos, along with their trusted nutritionist, have put very careful thought into their portion sizing. To fill rumbling stomachs, the average weight of the snacks is 20g. This should keep your child and fellow Munchachos going for some time!
The Munchachos have printed the best before dates for each of your Munchables and on the leaflet inside your Munchables box.

Payments, Discounts and Offers
Simply head over to your ‘payment method’ in My Account and click the ‘update card’ button under your card details. Pop in your new details on the next page and click ‘add card’.
The Munchachos take payment for the Munchables box before they begin preparing it. All Munchable boxes are intended to be received before the week commences. As such, payments will begin to be processed at about 00:15 on the previous Tuesday Morning.
Payments may be taken earlier around Public Holidays, Easter, Christmas and New Year.
The Munchachos accept VISA, VISA electron, VISA debit, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express
A box of unique Munchables is £4.99 and the cost to deliver the box is £0.99. In addition to 5 unique scrumptious and healthy snacks per week, the subscribers will have access to unique features of the Munchachos app and occasional surprises! Who doesn’t love a surprise!?
This price does not reflect any discounts or promotions which can be applied on the payments page, if applicable.
Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of Munchables, the Munchachos are not able to offer a refund for any which are returned to us.
The Munchachos would really appreciate it if you could let them know what you thought by getting in touch.
No one wants to miss out on a week of Munchables!
To limit the chances of this happening, the Munchachos use a payment card updater service from Visa and MasterCard. If you receive a new card they send updated card details to us whenever possible, so that your order can continue without you missing a box.
Unfortunately, not all card providers have signed up to this service. If you know that your payment details have changed, please update your card details as soon as possible on your payment methods.
If the Munchachos were not able to process the payment for your box, then they’ll send you an email to let you know what’s happened. Once you’ve updated your details, things will get back on track for your next Munchables box.

Maybe your bank was not expecting this payment request?
Perhaps you do not have sufficient funds in your account?
Your bank will not share with the Munchachos the specific reason for declining our payment requests, but they should be able to let you know more information if you speak to them directly.
If you need to check, change or refresh your card details, you can do this from your payment methods page in My Account.

In the unlikely scenario in which the Munchachos eagerly process payment before the cut-off times and you have opted to cancel your order, the Munchachos will refund you.
However, once the cut-off time has passed and the Munchachos have started preparing your Munchables box, the Munchachos will not be able to offer a refund.
All promotional codes can be entered in the payments page – look out for the 'have a coupon? Click here' box and enter your code there.
Many of our promotion codes are signup offers which means they can’t be used by existing Munchachos and can only be used once per account. You should find the terms and conditions on the back of the voucher.

What a brilliant and generous idea!
You can currently offer gift vouchers for 3, 5, 10 or 20 Munchable boxes. Once you decide how generous you want to be and proceed with your payment, you will receive a special code via email that you can print or forward to the lucky recipient!
Your recipient will be able to create a new account with the voucher, or add it to an existing account, to set up a gift subscription just the way they'd like it.
Alternatively, you can create the account for them! Just bear in mind there will be a welcome email, so if you'd like to keep your gift a surprise, enter an email address of your own (you can always change this once the snack’s out of the bag).
